Tuition and Fees

Deposit Payment

If tuition is not paid in full at the time of enrollment, a $2,000.00 deposit is required before establishing a payment plan.

Payment Options

• 50% down with the remaining balance due within 60 days
• Checks accepted with no additional charge. A 3% surcharge is added to credit card payments

Refund Policy

The enrollment deposit is non-refundable. If a student withdraws prior to the contract start date, tuition and fees paid beyond the deposit will be refunded, less a per diem charge for any services provided or reserved on the student’s behalf.

International students are one exception to the deposit rule: if a student’s visa application is denied, a portion of the enrollment deposit can be refunded.

Any remaining refundable balance will be issued within sixty (60) days of the student’s official withdrawal date.

What Tuition Covers

• All initial student technology and classroom costs
• Admission for all school activities and college tours
• A yearbook at the end of the year

Extracurricular Fees

Skiing at Loveland is an activity with an additional cost — that day's lift ticket. The price depends on the student's age and where the trip falls in the season. In 2025–2026 the ticket window charged $40 to $45 for ages 6–14 and $119 to $149 for ages 15 and up. Check current rates at skiloveland.com.

Donations

If you would like to show your support for our school, we would greatly appreciate any donations. We appreciate all our supporters, and a tax write-off form will be provided for all donations. Learn about ways to give →
